BridesMade Rental Agreement
ORDER PLACEMENT AND CANCELLATIONS
Rental orders can be completed for individuals or groups. Regardless, each user must create an account before an item can be rented. To complete an account registration, a current email address must be provided for confirmation purposes. Failure to confirm an account may result in the termination of a rental agreement.
Payment in full is required to finalize an order. By submitting your payment information, you are authorizing BridesMade to charge your credit card.
RECEIVING THE RENTAL PACKAGE
Bridal Parties will receive their rental dresses 4 weeks prior to the wedding date identified by the user. Users are encouraged to try on the items within 1 week of receiving the package. Delivery dates are visible to both the customer and BridesMade. If there is an issue with a rental item, contact BridesMade within 5 business days of receiving the rental item to receive a free replacement, subject to availability. Replacement requests submitted after 5 business days of delivery may incur additional processing and shipping costs.
RETURNING RENTED ITEMS
Bridal Parties will have 2 business days after the event to return rented items. All orders come with pre-paid return packaging. Items do not need to be cleaned before being returned. Any items that are returned damaged, or are not returned within 14 days of your wedding date will be subject to pay full retail price.
