Due to the recent developments regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, we have begun to witness the negative impact it is having on weddings in every part of the world. Our thoughts and well wishes are with all of the couples planning their weddings whose plans are being affected by this pandemic.


Here at BridesMade we want you to know that we are here to support you and help in any way we can by accommodating any changes of plans associated with the uncertainty of this global pandemic.


We are offering the following: 


  • Allowing all customers who have had to move and/or cancel their weddings the ability to postpone their order delivery dates
  • Offering customers who have ordered Home Try On Kits the option of rescheduling their delivery dates to adapt to their needs

Please note that at this time we are not in a position to offer refunds on any existing orders as these dresses have already been put into production.
